The last bunch of circa 1890's music discs had such a good response that we've culled through our stock of original musical box discs & pulled a few very good-to-excellent condition 18-1/2 diameter mira discs that we think may be of interest to our viewer's. The mira brand of musical boxes were mdae by the mermod freres music box co. Croix, switzerland back in the late 1800's & into the very early 1900's. Many of their boxes found here in the us.
Are actually cased in fine american woods such as quarter-sawn oak or mahogany, both table model & floor standing console models. This 1 music dics titled no. 726 teh tale of the kangaroo g. & the other's which you'll see we are offering seperately, are all made of heavy gage steel & are about as clean an example as can be found for over 100 years of age! The composer, gustav ludres is also well known for his popular heidelberg stein-song from the prince of pilsen!

This discs' rear-side projection condiiton is mint (no rust, damages or losses) & it is ready to play & hear on your 18-1/2 mira or miraphone musical box right away. You'll be very pleased with the overall condition & arrangement! As these music discs are in such good original condition, we've placed what we feel is a fair reserve price in place, but if seriously interested, please don't hesitate getting involved & watching closely, or you may loose out from last minute sniping.
