Victorian Cylinder Music Boxmohagny Case Winlay This one is a beautiful one with a mohogny case with inlay. I always wanted onr of these and if it worked i dont think i would sell it. The case is almost flawless for its age. The only defect worth mentioning is a old scracth on the top that has darkened over time. The movement does have problems.
I have limited knowledge on these things so i will describe as much as i can. When winding it, there is no tention and the music wheel turns freely by guess is that the spring has sprung. Also there are eteth broken on the comb. The box is 16 1/2 inches wide 8 inches deep and 5 1/2 inches tall. |
